The Role

As part of a collaborative and highly skilled team, your responsibilities will be varied and include (but are not limited to):

  • Opening and closing files
  • Billing and support with month‑end and finance related requirements throughout the month
  • Running conflict searches, ASIC and property searches
  • Preparing letters of engagement and related paperwork
  • General administrative duties including document creation, filing, and preparing reports
  • Back up and support to other Legal Admins during absences and during peak times
  • Assisting with the day to day running of the office

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience, preferably within in a similar role within a professional services environment
  • Previous internal stakeholder‑facing experience highly regarded
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and billing systsems
  • A proactive mindset, curiosity and genuine interest in marketing, bids and business development
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities and work at pace
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
