  • Manage the CRM/Data Change inbox and respond to user requests.
  • Enter and maintain data from marketing campaigns, events, website leads and external sources.

List Management & Campaign Support

  • Support marketing campaigns, events and seminars through accurate list preparation, imports and segmentation.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of domestic and international mailing lists.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on pre‑ and post‑campaign data requirements.

Reporting & Relationship Intelligence

    • Relationship intelligence and pipeline tracking
  • Support BD colleagues to ensure activity tracking and reporting processes are followed.

Process Improvement & Systems

  • Identify and analyse CRM‑related processes and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with system upgrades, enhancements and testing.
  • Prepare user documentation and deliver CRM training to support best practice use across the firm.
  • Work with IT and vendors on CRM development and optimisation.

About You

You will bring:

  • A qualification in Marketing, Information Studies or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with CRM databases (legal or professional services experience advantageous).
  • Working knowledge of InterAction+ or similar CRM platforms.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capability.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of data accuracy.
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Well‑developed communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Aderant Expert, data privacy/anti‑spam requirements and AI‑enabled reporting tools will be highly regarded.
