We’re looking for a high performing Associate/Senior Associate (4 years + PQE) to join a growing Real Estate team.

You’ll be a valued member of the team and get to undertake complex and interesting commercial property and real estate work. Working closely with Partner Catherine Wheeler, you’ll get exposure to sophisticated clients and a national practice of portfolio leasing, property transactions, renewable energy and development work.

Our Perth Real Estate team, led by partner Catherine Wheeler, is on the rise. Catherine, with over 28 years of practice in the Perth market across various sectors—including real estate, projects, banking, finance, and government— is committed to enhancing a top performing team.   Join us and be part of this exciting growth journey!

A bit more about the work

You’ll get to work on a diverse range of quality real estate matters, including:

  • Commercial property and real estate transactions
  • Acquisitions, disposals, and leasing across diverse sectors such as industrial, commercial, agricultural, renewable energy, residential, aged care, and retail
  • Capital transactions
  • Off plan development work
  • Property development and some construction contract work
  • Development agreements and JVs

About you

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • 4+ years PQE and experience in property/real estate
  • a strong work ethic and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • strong client management skills with the ability to autonomously provide excellent service to clients
  • exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, and
  • a commitment to continually learning and developing.
