The role

Our industry‑leading Employment & Workplace Health & Safety team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer with strong front and back-end employment relations experience.  Working directly with a highly credentialed partner and supported by experienced senior associates, associates and enthusiastic early‑career lawyers, you will act for quality clients across Australia on a broad range of strategic, operational, and litigious ER matters.

You will be:

  • Providing high‑level legal advice on employment, industrial relations, and workplace compliance matters.
  • Leading the management of complex ER cases, including misconduct, performance, grievances, and terminations.
  • Managing or overseeing litigation matters such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, and adverse action claims.
  • Partnering with leaders on organisational change processes including restructures and consultation.
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and enterprise agreement interpretations.
  • Representing the organisation in external forums such as the Fair Work Commission and other regulatory bodies.
  • Interpreting legislative changes and advising on operational and strategic impacts.

About you:
