We’re looking for an experienced and high performing Senior Associate to join our dynamic and collegiate Real Estate team.

You’ll be a valued member of the team and have the opportunity to work autonomously on complex and interesting property matters, with plenty of support from a fantastic team and three award winning senior practitioners.

Working closely with two partners and a special counsel, you will assist with servicing quality clients both in Queensland and nationally.

Our Brisbane Real Estate team is consistently recognised in Legal 500, Doyle’s Guide and Best Lawyers. We provide value to a diverse range of quality clients, we’re committed to providing practical, commercially-minded advice, and (most importantly) we enjoy doing it!

A bit more about the work

You’ll be a crucial part of the team working on a diverse range of matters including:

  • capital acquisitions and divestments;
  • major landlord and tenant leasing; and
  • property development including off the plan sales, development agreements, joint venture agreements etc.

About you

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • a minimum of five years PQE and experience in property/real estate with a reputable Australian firm;
  • significant experience with acquisitions, divestments, and leasing;
  • a strong work ethic and the ability to manage competing priorities;
  • exceptional attention to detail and communication skills; and
  • a commitment to continually learning and developing and assisting others to do the same.
