The Opportunity

You'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of corporate matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
• Capital raisings and equity markets transactions
• Corporate governance and advisory work
• Energy and resources projects
• Commercial transactions and strategic investments

This role is ideally suited to a highly motivated law graduate who is eager to develop commercial acumen, sharpen their technical skills, and gain exposure to sophisticated legal work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Have completed a Bachelor of Laws and demonstrate a strong academic record
• Be passionate about corporate, commercial, and transactional law
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and legal drafting skills
• Possess excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities
• Have exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Display a proactive attitude and strong work ethic
• Be committed to continuous learning, development, and professional growth
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
