We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Partner to join our Finance team, working closely with IT and stakeholders across the firm.

This is a pivotal role responsible for driving firm-wide improvements in business systems, processes and technology. You will partner with teams across Finance, P&D, IT and Practice Support to deliver and embed smarter, more efficient ways of working.

Key responsibilities

  • Business improvement & transformation
  • Identify, analyse and redesign business processes across multiple functions
  • Lead end-to-end improvement initiatives from analysis to implementation
  • Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
  • Systems ownership & governance
  • Own core operational systems and governance frameworks
  • Prioritise system enhancements aligned to strategy
  • Technology & development management
  • Manage development resources and delivery backlog
  • Ensure alignment to business needs and quality standards
  • Systems review & optimisation
  • Lead review of systems and identify efficiencies
  • Drive consolidation and simplification of platforms

About you

You bring strong experience in business analysis, systems improvement and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical outcomes.

  • Experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role
  • Proven delivery of process improvement and systems change
  • Experience working across finance, HR or professional services environments
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical outcomes
  • Experience managing technical staff or vendors (desirable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with a strong outcomes focus
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities
