Construction Senior Associate

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Associate with Construction experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law, with extensive experience in both litigation and front-end construction matters. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex cases and contribute to the strategic growth of our practice. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on construction contracts, risk management, and compliance
  • Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related documents
  • Lead and manage complex construction litigation cases, including arbitration and dispute resolution
  • Collaborate with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure legal and regulatory compliance

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in construction law
  • A commitment to excellence and delivery of high quality outcomes to clients
  • Proven track record in handling complex construction litigation and contract negotiations
  • Ability to effectively manage your own time, managing competing tasks and at time working to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
