We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Legal Administrative Assistant to support our busy, high-performing Employment Relations team in Melbourne CBD. The role will support a team of two Partners, two Senior Associates, an Associate, a junior solicitor and a Law Graduate . The team collaborates to support clients in high profile disputes in the Fair Work Commission and in other courts and tribunals such as the Australian Human Rights Commission and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to add an enormous amount of value to the day-to-day efficient running of the fast paced practice by immersing yourself in the team and will gain satisfaction from seeing your hard work make a difference.
Experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant is essential and you must be highly organised, be able to take initiative and have a strong customer service mindset.
