Are you looking to step your career up a level in 2024? Our industry leading employment and workplace health and safety law team in Perth is growing and have a career opportunity for a capable and passionate lawyer with approximately 3-5 years experience primarily in employment law and / or workplace health and safety law. We are open to what this experience looks like, in a firm or a corporate environment.

You would be working directly with a highly credentialed and experienced partner, skilled senior associates, and bright and eager early career lawyers on a range of strategic, operational and litigious matters for quality clients around Australia.

We will invest in, provide excellent development, and provide career progression to the right candidate.  We care for our team members. We don’t expect people to work ridiculous hours and our team operates in an open and egalitarian style.

To succeed in this role you will ideally have:

  • Between 3-5 years experience in employment law, industrial law or workplace health and safety law
  • Have the competence to take responsibility for the conduct of more simple matters, under supervision
  • Be able to work as part of a team, manage your own deadlines and care about our clients
  • An eagerness to learn and grow your career with Piper Alderman
