The role

We are looking for a commercially savvy and client centric Senior Associate to join our high performing Adelaide Corporate/Commercial team. Reporting into an industry leading Partner, recognised in Best Lawyers in Australia and Doyle’s Guide in a number of areas over consecutive years, this is a rare and exciting opportunity.

The role will involve advising both domestic and international public and private companies with a focus in the food, beverage and agribusiness sectors, among others.

To succeed in this role you will ideally have;

  • 5-7 years post admission corporate/commercial experience
  • Preferable experience working with major Australian and international corporations advising on in-bound foreign direct investment, investment structuring, foreign investment approvals, due diligence and transaction execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills that are client centric
  • High level of attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic with a fun, engaging personality
  • Commitment to building expertise and mentoring the junior lawyers of the practice
