Float Legal Administrative Assistant

The role

In this role you will work with a friendly and experienced legal administrative team with varying tenure at Piper Alderman along with our collaborative and dedicated legal teams. You will assist teams with preparation of legal documents and general correspondence, billing and finance processes, as well as covering periods of leave and assisting with workloads around the ebbs and flows of the busy practice groups.

 

To be successful for this position you will ideally have:

  • 3 years experience in a commercial firm in a similar position
  • The desire to learn and the ability to pick up new skills quickly and with ease
  • Adaptable and flexible with change
  • Exceptional time management and the ability to multitask
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment with high attention to detail
  • Strong initiative and problem solving ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to excellence in customer service
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
